Our Beginnings

Our Commitment to Clients
- We share documents only with relevant people – on a need basis.
- We retain hard copies of documents for a maximum of 6 months unless the client instructed otherwise. After then, MMI, Inc. shreds all documents.
- We retain client-owned files for a maximum of 1 year unless on anticipation or with a common understanding that the document serves as a template, or reference for future projects e.g., screening questionnaires, standard survey questionnaires or preferred reporting templates.
- We secure permission from the “client-project owner” if anyone outside their team requests any information about a particular project, even if he or she is from the same company.
